Did you know that when the appointed time comes for the eagle chicks to learn how to fly, their mother suddenly throws them out of their cozy nest? but just before hitting the ground, she swipes them up back to the nest. For the past couple of years, I have been using a heating sock made out of rice almost every day to relax my muscles. I can not tell you how many pounds of rice have gotten burned due to overusing it. Of course, to heat up the sock you need a microwave.
